Oloum va maaref Higher Education Institute is one of the scientific and educational units of the Al-Mustafa Al-Alamiya community, which is responsible for the education and training of non-Iranian students in various fields of Islamic and human sciences at the master's and doctoral levels, and its headquarters is in the Islamic Republic of Iran. It is the holy city of Qom and currently has no other branch.
